1. Program description

Effective Agent, Inc. (“Effective Agent,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS messaging program for people who have asked to hear from us about buying or selling a home in Utah. When you provide your mobile number through a form on our website or a lead advertisement and agree to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Effective Agent / Micah Olson — including messages sent by automated means and by an AI-assisted messaging assistant — at the number you provided.

2. Message types

Messages may include follow-ups about your home search, answers to questions about buying or selling, property and market information, appointment scheduling and reminders, and related real estate updates.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and your conversation with us.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Effective Agent does not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further marketing texts. You may also ask us to stop by emailing micah@effectiveagent.com.

6. Help

For help, reply HELP to any text message, or email micah@effectiveagent.com.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
